Return and Refund Policy for ShopKamee.com

Thank you for shopping at ShopKamee.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process to make sure you can shop with confidence. Please read our detailed Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns on most items purchased from ShopKamee.com under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You can return your product(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. The item must be in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

    • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless otherwise stated).

    • Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., undergarments, swimsuits).


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@shopkamee.com or call our customer service team at +91-XXXXXXXXXX. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will verify the eligibility of your return and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

  3. Return Shipping: Once authorized, we will guide you on how to return the product. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

    • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received the wrong product, we will arrange for a pickup and send you the correct item at no extra cost.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.). We will process your refund in the following manner:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed back to the same credit/debit card within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

    • Net Banking/UPI: Refunds will be processed back to your bank account or UPI ID.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid using COD, we will refund the amount to your bank account, UPI ID, or wallet as per your preference.

  • Partial Refunds: If only a part of your order is returned (e.g., you keep some items), the refund will be processed only for the returned items.

  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee (up to 15% of the product’s price) for returned products that are not defective or damaged. This fee is deducted from the total refund amount.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or color, please return the original product and place a new order. The return and refund process must be followed as outlined in this policy.


5. Refund and Return Timeframe

  • Return Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, the inspection and processing will take up to 7 business days.

  • Refund Timeframe: After the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Please note that the return or refund process may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately via support@shopkamee.com. After the 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel the order, and the product will need to be returned following our Return Policy.

  • Cancellations Before Dispatch: If the item has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Cancellations After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the product.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Non-Defective Products: The return shipping cost for non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer. The cost will depend on the shipping method you choose.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we offer the following:

  • Return or Replacement: We will provide you with the option to either return the damaged or defective item for a full refund or replace it with a new one, at no additional cost to you.

  • Return Request Deadline: Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please send an email with a description of the issue, along with clear images of the damage or defect, to support@shopkamee.com.

Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process.


9. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items

If you made a purchase using a discount, coupon, or special promotion, your refund will be based on the price paid at the time of purchase. The discount or coupon will not be reissued for returns.


10. Return Policy Exceptions

We may refuse returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product is returned after the 14-day return window has passed.

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or tags.
